Competitions

Yes, completely. Win Your Wardrobe operates prize competitions, not lotteries. Under UK law, prize competitions are fully legal as long as they require a question of skill — which all our competitions do. We are not regulated by the Gambling Commission.
On the draw date, we go live on Instagram and TikTok. A winning ticket number is selected at random from all valid paid entries using a random number generator. The entire process is filmed and broadcast live so you can see exactly how it works.
If fewer than 50% of tickets have been sold by the draw date, we reserve the right to postpone the draw. If 100% of tickets sell before the draw date, we may draw early. In all cases, the draw will be announced on social media in advance.
Yes — you can purchase multiple tickets or bundles for the same competition. Larger bundles give you better odds.
Currently, competition entry is open to UK residents only (18+). Prize delivery is to mainland UK addresses only.

Payments & Tickets

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
Ticket purchases are non-refundable once your payment has been confirmed, except where required by law. Please ensure you want to enter before completing checkout.
Your ticket numbers are emailed to you immediately after your payment is confirmed. You can also view all your tickets by logging into your account at any time.
UK law requires prize competitions to include a question of skill — this is what makes our draws legal competitions rather than lotteries. We keep our skill questions deliberately simple (e.g. basic maths) so they don't create a barrier to entry, but they do have to be answered correctly to complete your purchase.
If your payment fails, no tickets have been issued and no money has been taken. Please try again, or try a different card. If problems persist, contact us at hello@winyourwardrobe.co.uk.

Prizes & Delivery

Absolutely. Every prize is 100% authentic and verified before dispatch. You will receive an authenticity certificate where applicable, along with the original dust bag, box, and any other accessories included by the brand.
We aim to contact winners within 24 hours of the draw and dispatch prizes within 14 working days. All prizes are shipped via a premium insured courier.
Yes — delivery to any mainland UK address is always free. Winners in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or offshore islands may be subject to additional delivery charges, which we'll discuss with you directly.
All prizes are fully insured during delivery. If your prize arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hello@winyourwardrobe.co.uk and we will resolve the issue.
No — prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

Account & Legal

No — you can enter as a guest using just your email address. Creating an account lets you track your ticket numbers and order history in one place.
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link.
We use your data only to process your competition entries, contact you if you win, and send you relevant updates (if you opt in). We never sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
You can turn off push notifications at any time through your browser or device settings. On a phone, go to Settings → Notifications → Win Your Wardrobe.
No. You must be 18 or over to enter any competition on Win Your Wardrobe. We reserve the right to verify age and void entries from under-18s.
